We've been working at Flint Hills National Golf Club when it's too breezy to spray. It's been a fairly long-term project.

Flint Hills National is removing approximately 2,000 trees to remedy overcrowding. This is a significant undertaking that changes the character of parts of the course, opening up sight lines and allowing the native grass areas to thrive.

We are reseeding areas where they have taken out trees in the native grass areas. We're also reseeding areas that were disturbed due to drainage work on the course.

Native grass restoration is one of our specialties. The Flint Hills region of Kansas is one of the last remaining stretches of tallgrass prairie in North America, and we take that heritage seriously. Getting the right seed mix and timing the work for summer establishment is critical for success.

This kind of project is a great example of what we do beyond residential lawn care. If you have pasture, acreage, or conservation land that needs native grass seeding, we have the experience and equipment to handle it.

If you have pasture, acreage, or conservation land that needs native grass seeding, we have the experience and equipment to handle it. We work across Sedgwick, Harvey, Reno, McPherson, and Marion counties — and we're happy to take on projects further out for the right job. Give us a call to talk about what your land needs.
