Lawn care pricing is based on square footage. The more accurate the measurement, the more accurate your quote. A lot of companies just guess or go off the tax records, but parcel size includes your house, driveway, and everything else that isn't grass. That means you'd be paying for areas we're not even treating.
This tool lets you draw around just the lawn area — the part we'll actually be fertilizing and spraying. If your county has parcel data available, you can click your property to get a starting point, then adjust from there. It doesn't have to be perfect. We'll verify everything when we walk your yard, but having a good estimate up front helps us get you a quote faster.

Our standard program runs five to six applications through the season. That covers slow-release fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass preventer, broadleaf weed control, and a premium grub preventer. We also spray for soil health — products like Mycorrhizae and micronutrients that most companies skip entirely. The goal isn't just green grass for a couple weeks. We're building a lawn that holds up through a Kansas summer with less water and fewer problems down the road.
